City of Center hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator (Vac-Con). Duties: Operate vac-truck, (jet-rodder/vacuum truck). Assists other utility departments in the installation of water/sewer lines when needed. Ensure street drainage areas are free flowing, clear of obstructions. Responsibilities: Maintain outside appearance of lodges, including blowing off and/or washing decks, washing and arranging deck furniture, blowing off roofs, cleaning gutters and washing exterior windows. Maintain/improve appearance of grounds and flower beds, including mowing, weeding, fertilizing, and watering. Remove dead plants, trim trees and shrubs. Perform minor repairs on equipment in accordance with training and skill level. Remove trash from lodges and along roadways. Perform other duties as assigned.
