2017 Agriculture Education Day

May 3, 2017 (Event Flyer) - Agriculture Education Day is Friday, May 5, 2017 at the Sheriff’s Posse Rodeo Arena from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Activities include: Coloring Contest Exhibit and Winners; Roll Over Convincer and Passenger Safety; Face Painting; Piecing Blocks and Patterns for Quilts; Beekeeping; Texas Forest Service; Extra Large Sports Fishing Tank; Two Tractors and Wagon Hay Rides; Parts of Plants We Eat; Farm Bureau Exhibits; Physical Fitness Activities; My Plate Nutrition; Daughters of the Republic; Petting Zoo; Texas Parks & Wildlife; Farm Equipment; Endangered Animals of Texas; Snakes in the Garden; Planting Seed Potatoes; Rainfall Simulator; Blacksmith Demonstration; and Longhorn Steer and Miniature ponies.
