May 2, 2023 - If you are a resident in Shelby County, Texas, Texas Homeowner Assistance provides grants up to $65,000 to qualified Texas homeowners who are behind on their mortgage, property taxes, homeowners’ insurance, homeowner or condo association fees home-related expenses, and utility bills due to COVID-19 after January 21, 2020.
To assist in applying and completing the online Homeowner Assistance application for the above services, the Tracy Andrus Foundation Intake Coordinators will be present at the Fannie Brown Booth Memorial Library from 2pm to 5pm on Tuesday, May 9, 2023.
