April 8, 2022 - A balloon release dedication will be held Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 5pm at the Logansport River Front for Bennie Gene Owens, “Mr. Bennie.” He is the husband of Shirley Owens and began working for Headricks Drug in December of 1966 and bought Headricks Drug in April of 1971. The event is hosted by River City Fest and employees of Headricks Drug.
