June 6, 2016 - Fundraiser for Asia Garrett will be June 10, 2016. Asia Garrett is a 2016 Center High School Senior and has been diagnosed with an eye problem (Keratoconus Unstable Bilateral ICS). At this time Asia is unable to see 20/20 and as each day goes by the condition worsens and she eventually will permanently lose her sight. There is a surgery that can most likely prevent her from completely losing her sight and this fund raiser is to assist them in the out of pocket cost.
Barbecue Chicken will be cooked by the Shelby County Cookers and chicken donated by Tyson Foods: The plates will be $8.00 and will consist of: Chicken, Potato Salad, Beans, Bread, Dessert and Water. Plates will be inside of the Center Square and will start at 10:45 AM.
