Center Christian Academy Announces Valedictorian, Salutatorian

April 29, 2016 - Center Christian Academy announces their Valedictorian and Salutatorian for the graduating class of 2016.

Adrianna Julie Castillo, Valedictorian

Adrianna is the daughter of Prospero and Mary Castillo.  She plans to finish her basic courses from Panola Junior College, then transfer to Tyler Junior College to pursue a degree in Dental Hygiene.

A Honor Roll (9-12), Volleyball (11-12), Yearbook (11-12), Piano (9-12) Christian Character Award (10), Perfect Attendance (9-12), Volunteer Math Tutor and Classroom Aide (11-12), Community Service with Shelby County Outreach Ministries and CASA of East Texas (11-12), will graduate with 7 college hours, having a 4.0 GPA (Magna Cum Laude).

Member of First Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ, Center, Texas.

Austin Joel Triplett, Salutatorian

Austin is the son of Dathan and Melonie Triplett.  He plans to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Liberty University, followed by a Master’s in Business from UT Austin.  His career plans include becoming an Entrepreneur or working in Corporate Management. 

A-B Honor Roll (9-11), A Honor Roll (12), Volleyball (11-12), Basketball (11-12), Bible Quizzing (9-11), Drums (9-12), Volunteer Coach’s Assistant (11-12), Nursing Home Ministry (9-10), Community Service with Shelby County Outreach Ministries and CASA of East Texas (11-12),  will graduate with 24 college hours, having a 3.93 GPA, (Magna Cum Laude).
