Center Christian Academy Students of the Month for March, April

May 9, 2018 - Center Christian Academy announces the Students of the Month for March and April.

The March Pre-K 4 student of the month is Briley Williams, age 4. Her interests are playing and coloring. Her favorite subject is Reading and her favorite thing about school is napping. In the future she would like to “Be a cop!” Her sister is her favorite person/hero. Briley's teacher commented, "Briley is a great student! She is always willing to help with anything I ask. She does good work and puts forth great effort."

The April Pre-K 4 student of the month is Ryan Moody, age 4. He is interested in playing with toys and eating. His favorite subject is Math and his favorite thing about school is doing school work. In the future he would like to “Be a hunter!” Jesus is his favorite person/hero. Ryan's teacher commented, "Ryan is an exceptional student. He is always respectful and does his very best work. I cannot say enough good things about this sweet boy."

The March Kindergarten student of the month is McKinley “Mac” Allen, age 6. Her interests are swimming and jumping on the trampoline. Her favorite subject is Reading and her favorite thing about school is her teacher, Ms. Mandy. In the future she would like to be a doctor. Moana (Hawaiian Princess) is her favorite person/hero. Mac's teacher commented, "Mac is such a joy to teach. She is always the first one to answer questions, and her excitement is infectious."

The April Kindergarten student of the month is Richy Ken, age 5. His interests are soccer and kickball. His favorite subject is Reading and his favorite thing about school is snack time and play break. In the future, he would like to be a doctor and plans to attend college at SFASU. Superman is his favorite person/hero. Richy's teacher commented, "Richy is a very polite little boy. He does great on his work and is always smiling."

The March 1st and 2nd grade student of the month is Elly Lout, age 6. Her interest is riding horses. Her favorite subject is English and her favorite thing about school is play break. In the future, she would like to be a singer. Her dad is her favorite person/hero. Elly's teacher commented, "Elly is a very sweet girl and tries to do her best in all her work."

The April 1st and 2nd grade student of the month is Kendyl Kline, age 8. Her interest is playing with legos. Her favorite subject is Math and her favorite thing about school is recess. In the future, she would like to have her own dog shelter. Her daddy is her favorite person/hero. Kendyl's teacher commented, "Kendyl has come so far this year. She helps keep the other girls organized. I enjoy being her teacher!"

The March 3rd and 4th grade student of the month is Jessica Bearden, age 10. Her interests/hobbies are making slime and playing volleyball. Her favorite subjects are English and Math. Her favorite things about school are her teacher, Ms. Kandi and her friend, Molly. In the future, she would like to be a Hairstylist. Plans to attend college in Los Angeles. His mom is his favorite person/hero. Jessica's teacher commented, "Jessica tries to put all her effort into her schoolwork. She loves Jesus and tries to always do the right thing."

The April 3rd and 4th grade students of the month is Kaden Baldwin, age 10. Her interests/hobbies are food and baseball. Her favorite subjects are Math and Spelling. Her favorite things about school are Recess and his teacher, Ms. Kandi. In the future, he would like to be an actor and he plans to attend college at Harvard. His mom and dad are his favorite people/heroes.  Kaden's teacher commented, "Kaden is full of personality and will succeed at anything he puts his mind to. I can’t wait to see him on the Big Screen!"

The March and April 5th and 6th grade student of the month is Ishmael Romero, age 12. His interest is fishing. His favorite subject is English and favorite thing about school is play break. In the future, he would like to be a millionaire. Jesus is his favorite person/hero. Ishmael's teacher commented, "Ishmael diligently displays a respectful attitude toward authority and remains proactive in his academic studies."

The March 7th and 8th grade student of the month is Hannah Caldas, age 14. Her interest is swimming. Her favorite subject is Science and her favorite thing about school is getting to see friends. In the future, she would like to be a Meteorologist. Jesus, her mom and dad, and her teachers are her favorite people/heroes. Hannah's teacher commented, "Hannah is a very good student. She is always willing to help around the classroom, and gets along great with everyone. She is a pleasure to teach."

The April 7th and 8th grade student of the month is Trey Weaver, age 14. His interest is basketball. His favorite subject is Math and his favorite thing about school is getting to learn. In the future, he would like to be a basketball player. His dad is his favorite person/hero. Trey's teacher commented, "Trey is a witty, fun student that loves to learn new things. He always keeps our class in check and is a delight to teach."

The March 9th through 12th grade student of the month is Kalli Sonmor, age 18. Her interests are music/piano, volleyball, and informative books. Her favorite subjects are Pre-Cal and Economics. Her favorite thing about school is helping teach Pre-K. In the future, she would like to obtain an Associates in Business and Music. In the future, she plans to attend Panola College (online) and Texas Bible College. Kalli's teacher commented, "Kalli is a very self-motivated, independent learner. She is doing well balancing high school, dual credit college, and a part-time job in addition to being heavily involved in her church music program. She has a promising future ahead!"

The April 9th through 12th grade student of the month is Aaron Triplett, age 15. Her interests and hobbies are sports, books, Science and Bible Quizzing. Her favorite subjects are History and Science. Her favorite thing about school is Break. In the future, he would like to build and invent. Plans for college are to attend Panola and Texas Bible College for starters. His favorite people/heroes are his dad and Brian Newman. Aaron's teacher commented, "Aaron is a natural learner. His inquisitive nature motivates him to soak up information. He is also a leader among his peers and looks to the needs of others helping them grasp and understand new concepts. He has many opportunities ahead of him!"
