March 3, 2026 - Center ISD is proud to announce that our Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) data has officially been validated by the Texas Education Agency.
Through the TIA system, teachers can earn one of three designation levels based on rigorous performance criteria, including demonstrated instructional excellence and measurable student growth during the 2024-2025 school year.
We are excited to share that Center ISD now has 53 teachers holding TIA designations. Of those, 27 educators earned either a new designation or advanced to a higher level this year.
This achievement reflects the exceptional dedication, talent, and commitment of our teachers to student success. Center ISD proudly congratulates all designated educators for their hard work and continued pursuit of excellence.
