The Roughriders come into tonight's game as the State's #5 team in 4A. At 11-1, they bring 34 District Points into the final match. (3 Points for each win + 1 point for the only loss through over-time penalty kicks). The Bulldogs are the state's #1 4A Team and have held district opponents to just 1 goal for the entire season. They are also 11-1, but they only bring 33 District Points into the final match: the one goal scored against them came from the Roughriders in a 1-0 win in Center. This makes Kilgore the State #1 but the District #2, just one point behind Center. Friday night's winner will be the District Champion.
Friday night, the Pregame Show begins at 4:40 featuring an interview with Coach Martinez.
