City of Joaquin Request for Sealed Bids

October 3, 2023 - The City of Joaquin will receive sealed bids for the sale of surplus property (vehicles and equipment). Sealed bids are to be received by the City Secretary at Joaquin City Hall, 124 N. Preston/ P.O. Box 237 Joaquin, TX 75935 no later than 12:00 p.m. noon on October 16,2023. Bids must be on a form provided by the City and indicate the property item number and bid amount. Successful bidders will be notified by telephone and/or email and will have until 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday October 24,2023 to pay for the property by cash or money order and remove their property.

All items are sold “AS IS” without warranty. The city retains the right to refuse all bids or withdraw items for sale.
