May 28, 2019 - The City Council of Joaquin will meet in special session Saturday, June 1, 2019, 9 a.m. at The Joaquin City Hall located at 124 North Preston, Joaquin, Texas.
ORDER OF BUSINESS
1. Call to order, establish quorum & welcome guest.
2. Swearing in of new Joaquin City Mayor elected May 4, 2019.
3. Discussion & Council action on appointment of Mayor Pro-tem.
4. Discussion & Council action on the addition and removal of signees from American State Bank accounts.
5. Discussion & Council action to adopt a resolution to submit a 2019 TxCDBG-FAST grant application
6. Adjournment.
IF during the course of the of the meeting, any discussion of items on the Agenda should be held in executive or closed session, the Council will convene in executive or closed session, in accordance With the Texas Open Meetings Act, Governmental Code Section 551 and Texas Revised Civil Statutes.
