May 8, 2025 - Notice is hereby given that a Special Called Meeting of the Governing Body of the City of Tenaha will be held on Tuesday 13th day of May at 5pm at Tenaha City Hall, 238 North George Bowers Drive, Tenaha, Texas, at which time the following subjects will be considered, to-with:
1. Call to Order
2. Roll Call
3. Invocation
4. Pledge of Allegiance
5. Canvass votes for the General Election that were held on Saturday May 3, 2025.
6. Issue Certificate of Election (SOS Form 23-1), Official Statement of Elected Officer (SOS Form 23-3, Oath of Office (SOS Form 23-2).
7. Adjourn
The Council reserves the right to retire from executive session concerning any of the items listed on this agenda whenever it is considered necessary and is legally justified under the Open Meetings Act.
