November 10, 2016 - Notice is hereby given that a Regular meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners' Court will be held on the 14th day of November, 2016 at 9:30am in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items.
- Approve the minutes of the October 10, 2016 regular meeting, the October 24th, 2016 special meeting, and the special meeting on October 31, 2016 of the Shelby County Commissioners' Court.
- Approve and pay the monthly expenses.
- Approve Officers' Reports.
- Public Comments on Agenda items.
- Consider the Purchase and License Agreement with Spillman Technologies, Inc. to purchase an integrated software system for the Shelby County Sheriff's Office.
- Consider the Licensing Agreement between Shelby County and Serenity Software, Services LLC for case management for the District Court and the five Justice of the Peace offices.
- Consider the appointment of two representatives to the Workforce Development Board, to represent Shelby County.
- Consider the proposal from the ALTEC Environmental Consulting, LLC to perform an asbestos assessment for the county hospital building located on Hurst Street.
- Consider the request from Lori Oliver, District Clerk to hire a full time employee.
- Consider the purchase of a sponsorship of the Deep East Texas Legislative Reception in the amount of $500.
- Open the bids for 911 Ambulance Services.
- Consider the bid on 0.517 acres in the Wesley Hill Survey, City of Center.
- Discuss continuing the burn ban.
- Adjourn.
