November 16, 2021 - Timpson Area Genealogy and Heritage Society will host Josh Tipton as speaker at the group's meeting Wednesday, November 17, at 2pm. He will address the group about protecting oneself from crime, especially as the holidays approach. Mr. Tipton has plans to implement a program for senior safety and child safety, especially children with special needs. This is information that can benefit us all.
Josh, our precinct 5 constable, hails from a well known family in the Timpson area. His great-grandparents were Cohron and Doris Bush. Their daughter, Beth Tipton, and her husband, Harvey, are Josh's grandparents, and their son, Shane, is his father.
