b. Resolution authorizing submission of CDBG-MIT 2016 Floods Program Application for Broadband improvements and authorizing the Executive Director to act as the authorized representative in all matters pertaining to the application and committing $90,087.00 in local match.
c. Resolution authorizing submission of CDBG-MIT Hurricane Harvey Application for Broadband improvements and authorizing the Executive Director to act as the authorized representative in all matters pertaining to the application and committing $988,973.00 in local match.

10. Approval of Citizen Complaint Procedure as required by the Texas General Land Office for the CDBG-MIT program.
