February 17, 2022 - Ms. Lisa Carpenter, Executive Director of Divine Ministries, announced February 9th, "We accomplished some of our goals today! Thank you for being a part of our Shoe Drive Fundraiser! We counted 33 bags and still need 67 bags to make it to a 100. Our shoes are on the way to support all around the World. Please continue to support and keep the shoes coming!"
Funding Snack Program, Food Pantry, and School Supplies
December 2, 2021 – Divine Ministries Outreach, Inc. is conducting a shoe drive fundraiser from today until futher notice to raise funds for our Snack Program, Food Pantry, and School Supplies.
Divine Ministries Outreach, Inc. will earn funds based on the total weight of the pairs of gently worn, used and new shoes collected, as Funds2Orgs will issue a check for the collected shoes. Those dollars will benefit our Snack Program, Food Pantry, and School Supplies. Anyone can help by donating gently worn, used and new shoes at Divine Ministries Outreach, Inc. 518 Shelbyville Street, Center, TX 75935.
All donated shoes will then be redistributed throughout the Funds2Orgs network of micro-enterprise (small business) partners. Funds2Orgs works with micro-entrepreneurs in helping them create, maintain and grow small businesses in developing countries where economic opportunity and jobs are limited. Proceeds from the sales of the shoes collected in shoe drive fundraisers are used to feed, clothe and house their families. One budding entrepreneur in Haiti even earned enough to send to her son to law school.

By doing so, we raise money for our Snack Program, Food Pantry, and School Supplies., and we have the chance to help families in developing nations who need economic opportunities. It's a win-win for everyone.”
By donating gently worn, used and new shoes to the Shoes for Intelligence/Divine Movement, the shoes will be given a second chance and make a difference in people’s lives around the world.
