February 13, 2020 - Center Garden Club met on February 12 at the agri-life building. President Carole Chance presided over the meeting and also served as hostess for a delicious Valentine soup luncheon.
Pictured are a group of members (Lisa Albers, Cherry Jones, Carolyn Bounds, and Janette Wittmann) visiting with County Extension Agent Lane Dunn who presented a most informative program concerning the control of lawn weeds and rodents, the necessity of learning the facts about food label claims, and some of the upcoming 2020 community service agri-life programs.
Center Garden Club meets at noon on the second Wednesday each month from September through May offering interesting and informative programs and activities. The public is invited and membership welcomed.
