May 10, 2016 - Eta Rho, chapter of Beta Sigma Phi, hosted their final meeting of the 2015-2016 year on Monday, May 9.

Eta Rho has had a record fundraising and community service year through their Dresses for Dreams events. Dresses for Dreams events including raffling a Louis Vuitton handbag and a formal dress drive in February.

In March, Eta Rho hosted a sale of the dresses that were collected. All dresses that were not sold, were donated to Center and Shelbyville school special needs programs, Goodwill and Shelby County Outreach Ministries.

With all of the hard work of the members of Eta Rho and the outpouring of support from the Center community, Eta Rho was able to have an outstanding year! As a way for Eta Rho to give back to the community, they were able to present a $2,000 donation to Shelby County Outreach Ministries, as well as a $2,000 check to Empty Arms. Both of these organizations are huge assets to the Shelby County communities and Eta Rho is very honored to be able to assist them in their efforts.
