March 13, 2017 - (Wildfire Relief Flier, TDA Quarantine Flier) At this time hay is no longer being requested for delivery to support beef producer victims affected by the wildfires in the Texas Panhandle area. The best way to help at this time is with monetary donations.

All shipments of hay being moved outside of the imported fire ant (IFA) quarantined zone must have a state phytosanitary certificate prior to shipping to a IFA free area. Please contact your TDA Regional office in order to schedule an inspection. A state phytosanitary certificate is not required for hay being shipped between IFA quarantined counties or IFA free counties.
