6. Discussion & Council Action on Payment of Bills.
7. Presentation of 2016 Independent Auditor’s Report.
8. Discussion & Council Action approval of 2015 Independent Audit.
9. Presentation of Report by Council Special Advisory Committee on Water Contract negotiations with Logansport.
10. Discussion & Council Action on directives for Council Special Advisory Committee on Water Contract negotiations with Logansport.
11. Discussion & Council Action on Bills refereed to City Council by Joaquin Public Safety Development Corp.
