March 31, 2022 - Let's get ready for school!
Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten roundup for Joaquin Elementary will be held on April 4, 2022 as follows:
- Pre-K registration will be from 9-11am
- Kindergarten registration will be from 12-2pm
Pre-K students will need to bring the following items:
- Birth certificate
- Social Security card
- Updated shot record (will be checked by school nurse)
- Parent/guardian ID
- Proof of income for all working parties in your home (must have current check stub wihin the past 30 days)
- Proof of government assistance if you receive (SNAP)
- Required proof of residency listed below
Kindergartedn students will need to bring the following items:
- Birth certificate
- Social Security card
- Updated shot record (will be checked by school nurse)
- Parent/guardian ID
- Required proof of residency listed below
Required proofs of residency includes the following (All students):
- Two pieces of mail or change of address form from post office
- ID showing address
- Most current utility/water bill
- Depending on the living situation: a deed to the home; tax form; or a notorized letter from your landlord/person whom you live with
