Joaquin High School Project Graduation 2016, Thank You to Supporters

June 3, 2016 - Joaquin High School Project Graduation was a huge success. Seniors attended the event which began at 11:00pm and lasted until 5:00am. Students played Minute To Win It, and old fashioned games and munched on pizza, pizza sticks, chips and dips, and sweets throughout the night.

The success of this event is in direct relation to the commitment of parents, school administration and staff, and community members and businesses. These volunteers donated their time and money to provide an exciting and unforgettable evening of fun and fellowship for the graduates.

Project Graduation is a drug and alcohol free party honoring graduates. It provides a safe alternative to party hopping. It keeps graduates off the roads, prevents any of them from becoming an accident statistic, and their parents rest easy knowing their son/daughter is safely celebrating.

Some of the reasons the Joaquin High School Graduates chose to participate in Project Graduation were:

● Every attending graduate received $275 plus money throughout the night
● Every attending graduate drew out of a box to win gift certificates from businesses
● Provided nonstop food and music
● Every attending graduate received at least two to three prizes that were donated by various individuals and business
● This will be the last time all of the graduates will spend time together

Joaquin High School Project Graduation will continue every year.
