April 3, 2017 - (Flier) - Joaquin Elementary will have their 2017-2018 Kindergarten & Pre-K roundup Thursday, May 4, 2017 8:30am-10:30am.
Please bring the following:
- Birth certificate
- Social Security card
- Shot record
- Parent/Guardian ID
- Proof of residency
- Proof of income (Pre-K Only)
There will be a brief screening of Kindergarten age children. Pre-K students must be four (4) years old and Kindergarten students must be five (5) years old on or before September 1, 2017.
All students much be potty trained.
