July 28, 2015 - The Joaquin ISD School Board met Thursday night, July 23rd in special session at 6:00 p.m. in the Joaquin Boardroom with the following members present:
Jay Dee Cockrell, Charles Leflett (arrived at 6:14 p.m.), Thomas Harvey, Jimmy Hamilton, Tam Hearnsberger
Board members absent: Ronnie Belrose and Chrisco Bragg

Orin Moore, Texas Association of School Boards
Joaquin ISD Employee(s) Present:
Phil Worsham, Superintendent
Jay Dee Cockrell, President, called the meeting to order at 6:06 p.m.
1. Mr. Orin Moore with Texas Association of School Boards conducted the Team of 8 training for the Joaquin ISD Board.
2. With no further business on the agenda the meeting was adjourned at 9:10 p.m.
