January 17, 2020 - The Joaquin Public Safety Corporation will meet in regular session Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at 5:30pm at the Joaquin City Office located at 124 N. Preston, Joaquin, Texas.
Order of Business
1. Call to order, establish quorum & welcome guests.
2. Board approval of the previous month's minutes.
3. Board approval of bills paid and to be paid.
4. Discussion & Council Action on loaning JVFD funds.
5. Discussion and/or action on purchase of 2 conex shipping containers for training ground on fire station 2 property.
6. Discussion and/or action on purchase of a set of battery operated Jaws of Life by Hurst Power Tools for new rescue engine.
7. Adjourn.
If during the course of the of the meeting, any discussion of items on the agenda should be held in
executive or closed session, the Council will convene in executive or closed session, in accordance With
the Texas Open Mectings Act, Governmental Code Section 551 and Texas Revised Civil Statutes.
