April 15, 2026 - The Joaquin Public Safety Corporation will meet in regular session Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 5:30pm at the Old Fire Station located at 130 Steve Hughes Drive, Joaquin, Texas.
Order of Business
1. Call to order, establish quorum & welcome guest.
2. Board approval of the previous month's minutes.
3. Board approval of bills paid and to be paid.
4. Discuss and Consider action: on reviewing JVFD grant vehicle loan terms and planning for an upcoming vehicle.
5. Discuss and Consider action: on monthly Public Safety tax payments for 2025 and the current year.
6. Adjourn.
IF during the course of the of the meeting, any discussion of items on the Agenda should be held in executive or closed session, the Council will convene in executive or closed session, in accordance With the Texas Open Meetings Act, Governmental Code Section 551 and Texas Revised Civil Statutes.
