October 11, 2019 - The Joaquin Public Safety Corporation will meet in regular session Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. at the Joaquin City Office located at 124 N. Preston, Joaquin, Texas.
Order of Business
1. Call to order, establish quorum & welcome guest
2. Board approval of the previous month’s minutes.
3. Discussion and/or action on bill for electrical work by Charles Rutherford for JVFD station #2.
4. Discussion and/or action on bill for Dean’s Hardware for A/C Heating unit for JVFD station #2.
5. Discussion and/or action on bill for pump replacement and repairs for JVFD.
6. Discussion and/or action on bill for plumbing/sewer supplies for JVFD station #2.
7. Board discussion & possible action on scheduling committee/ council workshops.
8. Board approval of bills paid and to be paid.
9. Adjourn.
IF during the course of the of the meeting, any discussion of items on the Agenda should be held in executive or closed session, the Council will convene in executive or closed session, in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Governmental Code Section 551 and Texas Revised Civil Statutes.
