May 10, 2019 - The Joaquin Public Safety Corporation will meet in special session Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. at the Joaquin City Office located at 124 N. Preston, Joaquin, Texas.
Order of Business
1. Call to order, establish quorum & welcome guest
2. Board discussion and approval of matching funds allocation for TxCDBG FAST grant.
3. Adjourn.
IF during the course of the meeting, any discussion of items on the Agenda should be held in executive or closed session, the Council will convene in executive or closed session, in accordance With the Texas Open Meetings Act, Governmental Code Section 551 and Texas Revised Civil Statutes.
