May 15, 2023 - Kalen Haynes, nephew of Vanessa Davis, received his Masters of Business Administration from Cameron University in Lawton, OK on May 5, 2023. Haynes earned an undergraduate degree in Journalism / Media Production in May 2021.
During his time in college, Kalen was a student athlete - dual baseball player (pitching and 1st base) and earned various recognitions such as: 2-time All-Lone Star Conference Academic team, 2021 All LSC conference All-Performance Honoree, and 2021 Aggie of the Year.
Haynes produced and hosted Cameron University sports broadcast show, “The Aggie Lineup” along with other media productions.
Recently, Haynes was awarded the 2023 Outstanding MBA student award, and the SW Economic Development Production Award. Kalen will begin his career in Oklahoma City where he has accepted a position with the Oklahoma City Dodgers Foundation as Program Coordinator.
