Update on steps Mettauer Insurance is taking beginning on March 23, 2020:
March 23, 2020 - To stop the spread of COVID-19 we will be limiting our in person service. This means our front door will be locked, but our staff will remain inside during normal office hours to assist you via phone call, text or email.
We are happy to take payments, make changes, conduct policy reviews, quote and issues policies over the phone. Our office number also accepts texts 936-598-5516.
If you need to make a payment in person, please use our window drop off and knock on door to let us know you’ve dropped off payment.
