October 1, 2018 - Joaquin Elementary announces the October Students of the Month.
Kenzie Martin was chosen as the Pre-K Student of the Month for October because she is a good listener, a class helper and a hard worker! Kenzie loves making letters with PlayDoh and playing in centers. When she gets home she loves hanging out with her brother, Jaxson. Kenzie's favorite color is pink.
Finlee Doggett was chosen as the Kindergarten Student of the Month for October because she always listens and does her best. Finlee's favorite thing to do is play with her toys. Her favorite food is chicken nuggets. When Finlee grows up she wants to be a baby sitter.
Madalyn Bryant is the 1st grade Student of the Month for October. She was chosen because she is a responsible student who does her work, pays very close attention, is extra helpful to her teachers, and is a friend to everyone. Her favorite color is purple, she loves unicorns and all things girly. Her favorite foods are miso soup and breakfast foods. She loves playing with her cousins Case, Caleb, and Cole, who call her "Mady Tate." On the weekends, she likes doing sign language at church. Her favorite shows are Spirit, Full House, and Peppa Pig. Madalyn's favorite movie is Trolls.
Aubrey Price is the 2nd grade Student of the Month for October. She was chosen for her hard work, determination and helpfulness. Her favorite subject in school is reading and her favorite books are from the Billie B. chapter book series. She loves to eat pasta. Aubrey loves to play on the swings and watch the Trolls movie after school. When she grows up she wants to be a teacher.
Hello, my name is Maci Mustard. I enjoy playing with my best friends, Briley, Addison, Savannah Jordan, Sevana Stotts, Taliya, and Katelyn. My favorite part of the school day is PE because I like running. If I had to choose a favorite cook it would be Junie B Jones and the Monkey Business because it is so funny. When I get home every day, I like to do gymnastics with my sister Maleah. I am so excited that I was chosen to be October's Student of the Month for 3rd grade!
We chose Ernesto Romero as the 4th grade Student of the Month for October. He likes to go fishing with his brothers and dad. He likes fishing for catfish and bass, and he likes to eat the fish he catches. He also likes riding horses in his corral during the afternoons. Ernesto's favorite subject in school is math because he says it's interesting. We chose Ernesto because he is a great listener and a very hard worker.
