February 15, 2016 - The Panola College Center LVN Students hosted a blood drive with the Blood Center of East Texas on Thursday, February 4th at the Shelby College Center in Center, Texas. The students helped advertise and promote the blood drive within Shelby County and surrounding counties. "The Blood Drive was a huge success with 30 units collected which will result in 90 lives being saved," according to Connie Weaver, Donor Recruitment Coordinator with the Blood Center of East Texas. The Center vocational nursing program was honored to be a part in helping promote such a great cause and give back to our community.
