September 24, 2015 - Beginning this week, at Roughrider Stadium as the Roughriders take on the Hardin Jefferson Hawks, students in grades 8-12 will be welcomed to come show their school spirit and cheer on the Riders in the new Student Section.
The Student Section will be located in what has been the band section. The CHS Band, “The Pride of Shelby County,” will be moving to the main stands adjacent to the reserved section.
CHS Spirit Clubs will have a face painting booth set up, and this will also be the first running of our “Bleacher Creatures” leading the Riders on to the field.
To further enhance the experience for all, we ask that a responsible adult of children in Pre-K thru 7th grade be present at the game.
Our Football Team, Band, Chaparrals, and Cheer have been preparing hard and look forward to performing this and every Friday! Come on out and enjoy our talented Students at CHS!
