May 6, 2022 - Notice is hereby given that a Regular meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 11th day of May, 2022 at 9:30am in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve the minutes of April 6, 2022 Special meeting, April 13, 2022 Regular meeting, April 20, 2022 Special meeting, April 27, 2022 Special meeting, of the Shelby County Commissioner’s Court.
2. Approve and pay weekly expenses.
3. Approve Officers Reports.
4. Approve current payroll.
5. Public comments on Agenda item.
6. Discuss and possibly accept an anonymous training donation to the Sheriff’s Office.
7. Constable Pct. 5 Josh Tipton to address the court on adding a reserve, Constable.
8. Open sealed bids for renovating the Adult Probation building.
9. Open sealed bids on updating the records building.
10. Discuss and take action to approve FY2022 Budget Line-Item Transfers.
11. Darin Borders to address the Court regarding a new subdivision on CR 3736.
12. Annual review and approval of the County Investment Policy.
13. Appointment of County Investment Officer.
14. Discuss and possibly approve participation in the TAC CyberSecurity Training program.
