August 26, 2022 - Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners' Court will be held on the 31st day of August, 2022 at 9:30am in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve and pay weekly expenses.
2. Approve current payroll.
3. Public comments on agenda item.
4. Discuss communication issues regarding radio system with Constable Pct. 5.
5. Discuss and possibly approve the Emergency Notification System Interlocal Agreement with DETCOG.
6. Discuss and consider updating the Watershed Protection Operation and Maintenance Agreement for the Attoyac Bayou Watershed from 1965.
7. Discuss and possibly adopt the Emergency Action Plan for Attoyac Watershed for site 12 Dam.
8. Discuss and possibly adopt the Emergency Action Plan for Attoyac Watershed for site 9 Dam.
9. Discuss and possibly approve Operation and Maintenance Agreement for Structural Measure Site 11 — Attoyac Bayou Watershed.
10. Adjourn.
