February 10, 2023 - Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 15th day of February, 2023 at 9:30am in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
- Approve and pay weekly expenses.
- Public comments on Agenda item.
- Approve current Payroll.
- Discuss and possibly approve a school bus turn around on CR 3169.
- Discuss and possibly approve another donation of $2,000 to Precinct 5 Constable Josh Tipton from the City of Timpson.
- Discuss and possibly approve the purchase of a 2013 Tahoe from the Desoto Parish Sheriff’s Department for the benefit of the Precinct 5 Constable.
- Discuss and possibly proceed with additions to the Agrilife Building using ARPA funds.
- Update the Court on ARPA projects.
- Adjourn.
