July 29, 2022 - Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 3rd day of August, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve and pay weekly expenses.
2. Public comments on Agenda item.
3. Approve current payroll.
4. Discuss and consider the Declaration and Order Prohibiting Outdoor Burning.
5. Discuss and possibly approve the purchase of a Trackhoe for Commissioner Pct.3.
6. PCT 2 Commissioner to adjust budget for CTIF revenue received and increase expense budget in the amount of $32,369.73.
7. Update and add to the Project List for utilizing the American Relief Plan Grant monies.
8. Discuss and consider partnering with DETCOG on a Regional Mass Notification System.
9. Tim Quintana with South Health Group to give presentation regarding a jail nurse.
10. Adjourn.
