February 17, 2025 - The 4-H and FFA Shelby County Livestock Show Commercial Heifer Sale is at 12 noon on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at Center Livestock Auction.
21 pens will be sold in groups of 2 Brangus, Angus, Bradfords, Cross Breds, Simbrahs and more. This is an excellent opportunity to help support Shelby County’s youth and get a great set of replacement heifers.
Cattle shown at the Commercial Heifer Show are judged on uniformity, body condition, soundness, reproduction status, age, weight, and adaptability.
Exhibitors are required to keep a record book documenting the care of their animals and are interviewed about them.
