November 13, 2023 - The Scrap Happy Quilters awarded Quilts of Valor to eight veterans at the New Life Church in Center, Texas on Sunday, November 12, 2023.
The eight veterans recognized for their service were Steven W. Bailey - U.S. Army; Christopher A. Miller - U.S. Air Force; Steven Mooney - U.S. Army; Johnathon Vergiels -U.S. Marine; Leonard Wood - U.S. Army; Robert Joe Wright - U.S. Navy; Chance P. Wright - U.S. Army; and Robert Wright - U.S. Navy.
