December 12, 2014 - Timpson High School has selected junior Sheldon Scroggins at their STAR Student. Sheldon is the son of Brandy and Eric Harding. He is very active in ag program and an experienced showman. Sheldon and his family enjoy raising market and breeding sheep. He is also an Honor Roll student and will take dual credit classes in the Spring.
Outside of school, Sheldon participates in Civil War re-enactments throughout Texas and western Louisiana. After high school, he plans on attending Stephen F. Austin State University and transferring to Texas A&M to major in Veterinary Science.
