April 14, 2023 - Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners' Court will be held on the 19th day of April, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve and pay weekly expenses.
2. Public comments on Agenda item.
3. Discuss and possibly approve a donation of 2012 Sier Travel Trailer to the Shelby County Sheriff's Office from Wellby Financial.
4. Discuss and possibly approve Commissioner Pct. 2 to go out for sealed bids on 2012 through 2022 tandem-axel 400 plus HP in good condition used or new.
5. Adjourn.
