July 22, 2022 - Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 27th day of July, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve and pay weekly expenses.
2. Public comments on Agenda item.
3. Discuss and consider the Declaration and Order Prohibiting Outdoor Burning.
4. Bobby Daw, Shelby County Expo Director, to present a report on Expo activities.
5. Tax Assessor-Collector, Debora Riley to submit 2021 calculated rates.
6. Discuss and possibly apply for membership in TIPS (The Interlocal Purchasing System).
7. Discuss and approve an Interlocal Agreement Between TIPS and Shelby County.
8. Discuss and take action to approve FY2022 Budget Line-Item Transfers.
9. Discuss and possibly approve the Resolution Designating A Reinvestment Zone.
10. Adjourn.
