June 2, 2023 - Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 7th day of June, 2023 at 9:30am in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve and pay weekly expenses.
2. Public comments on Agenda item.
3. Approve Current Payroll.
4. J.J. Ford with the DRT to give a quarterly report on activities happening at the Historic Courthouse.
5. Request from County treasurer to attend on-line NACO Enterprise CyberSecurity Leadership 12 week course. Determine where registration can be paid from.
6. Discuss and possibly approve leasing or purchasing iPad’s for the Election Administration office.
7. Proclamation declaring June as Hunger Awareness Month.
8. Texas Association of Counties Blue Cross Blue Shield group health insurance plan for FY2024.
9. Adjourn.
