October 9, 2015 - Notice is hereby given that a Regular meeting of the Governing Body of the Shelby County Commissioners' Court will be held on the 12th day of October 2015 at 9:30am in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve the minutes of the September 14th, 2015 Regular Meeting and the September 28th, 2015 Special Meeting of the Shelby County Commissioners' Court.
2. Approve and pay monthly expenses.
3. Approve Officers' Reports.
4. Public Comment on Agenda items.
5. Adopt Proclamation recognizing "Kings Nursery'' on its 100 year anniversary.
6. Discuss and Approve the Correctional Communications Services Agreement between City Tele-Coin Company, Inc. and Shelby County Sheriff's Office.
7. Discuss and possibly take action on renewing Emergency Ambulance Service Exclusive Agreement between ACE EMS and Shelby County.
8. Accept or reject bids on gravel, tires, fuel and custodial services for Shelby County.
9. Adjourn.
