September 29, 2017 - Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 4th day of October, 2017 at 11:00 am in the Community room 2nd floor at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve and pay weekly expenses.
2. Discuss and possibly approve Red River contracts for Commissioner Pct. 1 Roscoe McSwain and Commissioner Pct. 2 Jimmy Lout for 5000 yards of native gravel at $2.00 per yard paid up front.
3. Discuss and possibly approve Commissioner Pct. 1 for a new employee.
4. Adjourn.
