December 11, 2020 - Notice is hereby given that a Special meeting of the Governing body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 16th day of December, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:
1. Approve and pay weekly expenses.
2. Public comments on Agenda item.
3. Approve current Payroll.
4. Accept in-kind donation of Holiday Decorations from White Cottage Mercantile.
5. Commissioner Pct. 4 to take bids on Kobelco Excavator .
6. County Treasurer and County Auditor to give update on Texas Department of Emergency Management – Coronavirus Relief Fund.
7. Approve Proclamation Declaring January “Human Trafficking Awareness” Month.
8. Approve Bonds for upcoming elected officials.
9. Discuss and possibly approve the Lease Purchase Agreement between First National Bank DBA First National Bank Leasing and Shelby County for the purchase of a motor grader for Precinct 2.
10. Recognition for Commissioner Barr’s service.
