August 30, 2025 - Shelby County is currently accepting sealed bids for the supply of road materials for Fiscal Year 2025–2026. Interested vendors may obtain a bid packet by contacting Casey Anderson, Secretary to the Shelby County Commissioners, at (936) 598-6136 or via email at commissioners@co.shelby.tx.us.
All completed bid packets must be submitted by U.S. Mail or delivered in person to the Commissioners’ Secretary Office, located on the first floor of the Shelby County Courthouse. Submissions must be received no later than 3pm on September 16, 2025.
Bid opening will take place on September 17, 2025 at 9:30am in the Shelby County Courthouse courtroom.
