Shelbyville ISD Federal Programs; All Invited to Consolidated Application Meeting

April 22, 2024 - Shelbyville ISD will be participating in the following Federal Programs during the 2024-25 school year: Title I-Part A, Title I-Part C Migrant, Title II-Part A, Title III-Part A LEP, Title IV-Part A Student Support and Academic Enrichment, IDEA-B, IDEA-B-Preschool, CATE-Carl D. Perkins, and Safety and Facilities Enhancement (SAFE), Cycle 1 and 2.

Teachers, Paraprofessionals, Principals, Other School Personnel, Parents, Community Members, and Business Representatives are invited to the 2024-25 Consolidated Application meeting on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, at 11:30am in the Shelbyville ISD Board Room. The focus of the meeting will include planning the 2024-25 program activities and input into the preparation of the application for funding. A key focus will be the coordination and integration of these funding sources and programs into the educational system of Shelbyville ISD. Shelbyville ISD will present parents of Shelbyville ISD students with a draft of the Title I, Part A Parental Involvement Policy and School/Parent Compact/Pledge. Input is encouraged on these two documents to ensure that parental involvement in Shelbyville ISD is exemplary.

Non-Public Schools Notification of Services

Federal Title Program services, IDEA-B and IDEA-B Preschool, and Career and Technology services may be available for eligible students attending private schools within the Shelbyville Independent School District. Private schools or home schoolers interested in learning more about these services are invited to contact Shelbyville I.S.D. Schools that receive these services must comply with all requisite federal policies and procedures.
