Tenaha ISD Announces 2019 High School Homecoming Court

September 13, 2019 - Tenaha High School Homecoming, a time honored tradition, continues. The 2019 Homecoming Court Duchesses and Sweethearts were elected by their peers to represent this year’s Homecoming Court. Class Duchesses are (on left, bottom to top) Ashleigh Head, Freshman Duchess; Hannah Hicks, Sophomore Duchess; Kamari Gray, Junior Duchess; and Gracie Martinson, Senior Duchess. Homecoming Court Sweethearts are (right side, bottom to top) Guadalupe Sandoval, BETA Sweetheart; Annette Castillo, Band Sweetheart; Drew Henry, JCC Sweetheart; Jykeeria Patton, Football Sweetheart; and Anna Holland, FFA Sweetheart. The 2019 Homecoming Queen will be named during the Homecoming pre-game ceremonies set to take place at 5:30 pm on October 5th.

This year’s Homecoming theme is Let The Games Begin. Homecoming activities planned for October 5th are Hall of Honor Induction Ceremony to take place at 9:30 am in the Tenaha High School Cafetorium. The Senior Class Fundraiser Luncheon begins at 11 am on the Square. The Homecoming Parade will begin at 12:30 pm on the Tenaha Square, led by Grand Marshals Larry and Janice Williams. Homecoming pre-game is set for 5:30 pm and the kick off between the Tenaha Tigers and the Beckville Bearcats will be at 6pm at Raymond Jackson Stadium.
