If you are in need to just re-take the exam, it will be administered on September, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. The cost is $40.00 to re-test. Study Guides will be made available ahead of the class and highly suggested that you make arrangements to get the manual to allow for plenty of time to study but its only given with proof of payment. You are required to bring a valid Driver’s License to this class and also in order to test.

This program is designed to not only prepare foodservice managers to pass the certification examination; it will provide valuable education regarding the safe handling of food. Almost 50 cents of every dollar Americans spend on food is spent on meals prepared away from home. Therefore, careful attention to food safety will help keep customers safe and satisfied.

Foodborne illnesses can be prevented by following simple food safety practices.
